SS United States is scheduled for sinking off Florida coast

The SS United States will be sunk Nov. 12 in the Gulf of Mexico, officials in Okaloosa County, Florida said. The historic vessel, which spent decades docked in Philadelphia, is set to become the world's largest artificial reef.
